The Heartsaver CPR/AED class is designed for non-healthcare rescuers and lay persons to render aid and perform CPR on cardiac arrest patients. This class will give the lay rescuer the skills to recognize the signs of an unresponsive and non-breathing patient, alert emergency medical services, and perform life-saving CPR with an AED.
AED is an automated external defibrillator (AED). A defibrillator can help get a heart back into normal rhythm. Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any time. UpToDateCPR teaches courses in AEDs and CPR training. You can learn when – and how – to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Our CPR/AED course teaches simple-to-use techniques and information that can help you save a life.
